Subscription only?

Nope

Money. Hungry.

I won’t lie, it’s a good looking app that runs super smooth. There are so many sound options! … locked behind a paywall. A subscription paywall. A monthly subscription paywall. Normally that’s almost to be expected but as for what you can do without a subscription… it’s almost nothing. It’s criminal to say this app is free. You get about 4-6 sounds to use for free and get teased with hundreds more just sitting there. You’re really forced to pony up the cash for the subscription or delete it.

So this bug is kinda cool

poor ol boy

Sometimes when I load into Auxy it has a weird zoomed out display. But now I kinda want it as an actual setting. Could you do this?

SUBSCRIPTION BASED = trash

i just dislike paying for something over and over. and thats just not you but any company that follows a subscription based model. i didnt even bother to try the free trial but just straight deleted and uninstalled.

Absolutely AMAZING

Bro just get it it’s worth it. It’s so easy to use and is super powerful, and basically taught me the fundamentals of music prod. I had no idea what reverb, distortion, high/lowpass, delay, or even what vibrato was until I started using Auxy. It rewards you for just messing around with things (also when you look at instruments sometimes there’ll be more stuff for you to mess around with). User-friendly? Especially. Powerful? Absolutely.

Freaking awesome

Auxy got me back into making music (-: the last time I used it was way back in 2014 or so, and it’s made HUGE leaps forward since then. Honestly wish they would release a desktop DAW with the same principles but more depth. I’m obsessed!!!

Subscription to do anything

Like it…but

Now I don’t really have anything against the app or the people who made it, actually I really enjoy it. Being able to kinda experiment with music is pretty cool especially since it’s something that I’ve been thinking about doing for a decent amount of time…that being said I really wished that we didn’t have to pay to essentially use the full app, and it feels kinda scummy and sad that we have to pay truly use a app that’s kinda for people to experiment around with. I understand that it’s a paid app and no one said it was going to be free, but surely you could make profit off of this really cool app without having it feel scummy in a way like ads or something I don’t exactly know but surely something else could work. But overall I still really do like this app and even if you can’t change it then that’s understandable but I really wish you could do something else so doesn’t really feel scummy to a lot of people

Subscription? Are you kidding me?

I downloaded this thinking it was going to be the usual kind of thing: get the basic functionality for free, pay for “in-app purchases” if you want to do anything useful. Fine. I would even willingly pay $30 for an app like this. But after downloading, a message pops up, telling me I can use it free for 7 days, after which it’s $7 per month. If I was a professional music producer using this in my work, or used it on a daily basis, it wouldn’t be so bad, but the app is advertised as being fun for the casual user, i.e. someone who might pull it up every once in a while for some noodling around and then forget about it for a few months. Months during which I’m shelling out $7 and getting nothing in return, unless I keep canceling my subscription. Seriously? Either let the user know this app is aimed at pros/serious users, or sell it at a more reasonable price for casual users.

Wow

It’s a good app but you have to have a subscription in order to have at least good beats they only give you 2 free samples lol
