This app used to work super well, and I would use it to EQ my PA systems all the time. But lately it just keeps playing some sort of instrumental music and only reads the frequencies of the song, and I cannot find a way to turn it off. The app is officially useless.
I purchased this app because it looked like it had the features I need. When I first opened the app, it started playing some annoying music which was irritating since I was in a meeting. I can’t find any way to get it to analyze what is coming in through the microphone! The app has microphone access in the Settings app. I don’t see anywhere else to configure it. The developer’s website won’t open for me, so my only recourse is to leave a review here.
this app doesn’t measure anything. it just plays a guitar riff. that’s it.
If you implemented a feature to reset peak max and min data logging rather than having to cycle through all the options or restart the app to reset the logging that would be even more awesome!!
I’m just diving in to this sound calibration realm and was told by the dealer I got my gear from to use this app rather than the mic and Arcam tool. I’m a long time film and video editor and seen a lot of interfaces and clunky attempts at graphical heavy tools like this and sadly, most don’t keep me interested more than a few minutes or so. I may update later but I’ve just gone though a little get-to-know this program and I just say after looking at this and a couple other packages this guy has designed and I know this, he’s a pro! Cheers Sir Vlad!
