Atomas

Take a look at Sirnic's new game "Heatos"!
Category Price Seller Device
Games Free Max Gittel iPhone, iPad, iPod

Atomas is a fascinating puzzle game, which you can learn in seconds but will entertain you for weeks. The perfect game for your spare time!

Your little universe starts with hydrogen atoms only but with the help of the energy rich plus atoms you are able to fusion two hydrogen atoms into one helium atom, 2 helium atoms into one lithium atom and so on. Your primary goal is to create the valuable elements like Gold, Platinum and Silver.

But watch out, if your universe is overfilled with to many atoms it will cause a big crunch and the game is over.
One way to prevent this is to build up long symmetries in your atoms and start big chain reactions.

From time to time minus atoms appear, use them for absorbing and replacing atoms within your universe or sacrifice them for a plus atom.

You see Atomas is not hard to play, but if you want to get to the top you'll need a good strategy, which keeps your atoms organized.

By creating new elements like oxygen or copper you unlock lucky charms, which effect the game in various ways and adjust it to your strategy.

What Atomas offers you:

- 3 different game modes
- simple but addicting game mechanics
- 45 different atoms to create
- 9 different lucky charms
- compare your scores with friends over GameCenter
- compare your scores with friends over Facebook
- share your score on twitter and Facebook
- quick tutorial

The developers high score is 12 639. Can you do better?

Love the game, colors need to be adjusted

Lots of fun to play, and a great way to learn the elements. I just have one problem—the colors. For instance, the color for Cadmium and Cobalt are both blue, and their symbols look very similar (Cd and Co). I do not have great eyesight, so it’s very hard to distinguish between the two. There are other atoms that are similar—those that start with G are usually tan. I end up making mistakes in the games because I can’t tell the difference.

a bit buggy

One of my favorite free mobile games - definitely stands the test of time - but a couple bugs hold me back from rating 5/5: - unstable isotope integer overflow subtracting ~several million, resetting my score to 0 in the middle of a game. this was in Geneva mode. haven’t been able to replicate it but the emotional damage... - it could be my phone case but i find that atoms are sometimes sent to the position opposite of where i tapped. - can no longer type in name or share score after losing. still highly recommend it though

Ruined with new iOS

With the new iOS update, Atomas will shut down all music apps playing in the background (Apple Music, iHeart Radio, Spotify, etc). The app needs an update to make it compatible with iOS 13

Superb, but Sub(par)atomic Functionality
moonyandthestar

This game is absolutely addicting and super fun—as puzzle games of this magnitude usually are—but the game over screen that has the option to enter your name etc. simply just doesn’t function for me. Other than that and some other minor bugs, this game is incredible!

Amazing but feel cheated
TPM1905

This game is amazing and way too addicting, yet sometimes it can leave you feeling in the wrong. Half the time I die, is just based on a string of the same element with no plush tiles. You instantly fill up and lose no matter what you do, and you are left feeling cheated. You don’t think “I can better myself” or “I could’ve done this” you just ask why? It’s quite annoying when this happens, and it mostly just prompts me to rage quit. Please fix this, also add more boosters after radon, one like boron where you start at a higher level, I feel like the last element could start you at like uranium or something, it would make the game much more enjoyable. Amazing game.

Helped me memorize elements, symbols, and atomic numbers
Queen of the bananas

Taking an intro to chem class for an easy A. The first quiz of the semester is over the first 20 elements in the periodic table. I already know most of them but this game is a pretty fun way to study in this case.

Wow.
