Please fix the bugs for iOS App!!!!

Please developers - the bugs are SO bad in the iOS app. The VPN service is great but it’s insanely frustrating how much this app crashes / freezes / refuses to log- in / refuses to turn off. It’s beyond frustrating having to delete the entire app because it’s jammed and frozen and blocking internet on your phone. Honestly service is great but this app is complete trash and unreliable.

I have used different kinds of VPNs and astrill is the last one you want to use. The speed is super slow and it gets disconnected anytime. I purchased the one-year plan. The first 2 months it was okay, starting from month 3, it keeps having connection problem and 50% of time I cannot even log in. Even after I logged in, I can’t even load my email. I contacted astrill support and they are unable to help and they were claiming sometimes it can’t be slow in China. When I requested refund, they were just like all sales are final. Now month 4, I purchased another VPN from another company and it works amazing. Don’t believe Astrill’s lie about “VPN can be slow in China”. They just don’t have enough technology and don’t want to improve Please stay away from this company, they are simply just scammers. A whole waste of money!

Before you buy, look at the last time this app was updated. More than two years ago while the android version is full of features. Other competitors update their apps a lot more frequently. Trust me, this app is a load of crap on iOS

The app is fairly reliable connectivity-wise; however, whenever you try to turn it off it will turn itself back on almost constantly. It’s incredibly annoying and requires you to go uninstall the VPN from your settings for it to turn off.

More and more servers are not connecting. ASTRILL NEEDS TO STOP LYING For over the last six months I’ve been getting asked to rate them. Probably best that Astrill doesn’t ask. Astrill is basically the only option that is useable in China ??. But the connectivity is getting worse and the costumer support doesn’t understand. They make me feel like I’m the only one having issues. It looks like they don’t read their own reviews. DON’T MISLEAD COSTUMERS INTO SAYING IT WORKS IN CHINA ??. It is very unstable. It was working fine 4 months ago. It has been horrible in the last two months.

The app sometimes doesn’t connect. I live in a place where I need to use the VPN frequently; it’s unreliable. I switched from android; the app worked seamlessly on my android device. This app hasn’t been updated in a year, the app crashes, stays connected or has problems connecting. I have no problems with Astrill on my other devices. Please release an update!
