If the online doctor thinks it would be best for your child to be seen in person, the doctor will let you know.

Each Ascension Online Care visit costs just $49. Our goal is to make healthcare accessible and affordable for you.

Have a favorite pharmacy? We’ll send your prescription there.

We want to make getting any prescriptions you need as convenient as possible. We will send your prescription to your preferred pharmacy. Just add the pharmacy information when you are registering for your visit.

Keeping your doctor informed

When you see an online doctor, it’s a good idea to let your primary care doctor know. When signing up for Ascension Online Care just let us know that you want an electronic summary of your visit sent to your doctor or we can send it to you directly.

If you are an Apple Health user you will have the option to share important health information with your provider during your video visit. Sharing Apple Health data is optional but allows the provider to see heart rate, weight, and other health information to help them make a more accurate diagnosis.

Poison ivy didn’t cost us a $150 visit!

My son’s poison ivy rash was getting out of control, and we are out of town for a baseball tournament. This was what I tried instead of just going to a random urgent care. It was an easy, saved us time and saved us money. Win-win-win. The doctor was professional, quick, and very helpful. It did take close to 35 min in the “waiting room”, but considering how much money and time we saved I am thrilled with this experience.

Every time I try to edit my child’s profile, the app crashes. Now there is incorrect information in the system that can’t be corrected. I tried deleting the app the downloading it again, with the same result.

Wow, so much easier. As a widower and father of three, This was much easier than taking time from work and sitting in an office, paying $130 to fill out some paperwork before I even get started.
