Almost perfect

地球守れ

So far this is my favorite health and meal tracking app, the only thing it needs is to be able to record what time I've eaten my meals. If you're on an intermittent fasting or other diet where the timing of your meals is important, this app won't help you. It should be a simple thing to add and I hope the developers will make this feature available in the future. It would also be great if we could add custom updates for things that aren't listed, such as meditation time, light therapy time, body measurements and other things that aren't offered already.

Consumed calories tab doesn't refresh and sync

Nemuiisa

I have been using this app for almost a month, and the only problem that I have is that sometimes the calories consumed tab doesn't refresh, and even though I burn off the calories by walking, my intake stays the same because consumed calories doesn't sync with my steps. It eventually does sync, but it takes quite a lot of time

Where are my steps???

Recently, the step counter has been whacked out. I recorded almost 3 miles of walking yesterday, in 107 steps! Wow! Those must have been big steps.

Good app for anyone

Rob Neill

So this app is good and suitable for most exercises levels. Even if you don’t exercise and you are trying to log your daily intake of food to track your calories. This works well. The photo identification of food is really good. You don’t have to upgrade the app at first. But eventually you will want to buy the upgrade to this app to use all the features.

Everything you need

Even the free version is incredible. There are some extra options with the pro version, but even just the free one has so much! It gathers info from apple health to count your steps throughout the day. If you use their workout routines (which I highly recommend), it will calculate calories burned. There is also a timer integrated with the workouts to time your rest. There is everything from “I haven’t gotten my butt of the couch for 5 years” to “I run 12 miles every day and could sprint up Everest in an hour”. With every workout there is a detailed explanation of each movement to make sure you are doing these correctly and safely. There is a nice blend of use of equipment and none. This is great for anyone looking to make some healthier life changes. Ads aren’t cumbersome or distracting. They don’t dangle a carrot or great things then force you to pay for it once you get into it. I plan on upgrading for the meal planning aspect and to access more workouts, but the free version will tide me over for a bit.

I had to cut 16lbs for a weigh-in and I didn’t lose any of my athleticism. In fact I gained it. Won the competition by bodyweight. Argus is my main squeeze. ❤️
