I use an iPhone 6 plus. Love my phone, but, starting to dislike Apple. The app tell me that I can not use or update it because my operating system is not up to date? It was just updated to the newest update available last weekend!! The 13.whatever is not available for this phone? So now, I guess I am supposed to drop $1000 plus for a newer phone when this one is in excellent condition, works great, and has been paid for for years!! I am not on government assistance and still work for a living while the assistance folks can get a new phone every year at least. Apple, stop pissing off customers you have had since the iPhone 3 came out!! I think you are making a big mistake with this one!!!!

First of all #freefortnite. Just listen to me once. Just once. Listen and go deep into the smarter parts of your brain and think about this. Just add fortnite back but without an update. Ik your all like blah blah fortnite is stealing. Your losing money. Just add it back without the update. It will be the same as the people who have it now. It’s not fair for the people who had it to start get to play. At least let us play along with the other people. I’m getting so bored of playing on PS5 and PC. Just bring it back, WITHOUT the update. If you could with the update that would be great. But plz. Just without would make everyone a lot happier. Thank you Apple. If your smart you’ll see this and consider strongly.

I have an older apple account from the idisk days that I do all my purchases through. This means I can no longer shop through my phone. Switching accounts is not an options for myriad reasons.

I need a new phone because my phone won’t upgrade to the 13.0 or higher operating system. The new upgrade to the Apple store will not operate on a operating system less than 13.0. How can I purchase a phone online without a commitment to a specific carrier? I had hoped to do my purchase online. Apple apparently doesn’t want to sell me a new phone. It’s okay I’ll go with an Android.
