Recently I buy 4 Apple Watch series 6, 2 only wifi 2 wifi and celular my i star used only whit wifi one I try to connect to mi fhone I have to deleted but to connect to the app they don’t work I try to contact mi provider they say is the app problem I try to talk to apple support but not body answer what I supposed to do any ideas ??

Out of millions of people that have purchased Apple phones, iPads and other products, the best you can do is list 10 reviews with 3 of them 3 years old, 1 is 2 years old & the rest are within 1 year? Something doesn’t add up. I just bought a new iPad gen 8 and spent a few hours the first night downloading from the cloud. I went to use it the next day & there is a crack across the screen. How does that happen. To make matters worse, I ordered it & picked it up at the Apple store & tried to buy the Apple Care Warranty & they weren’t able to sell it to me. They told me to buy it online within 30 days. I was planning to do that but now it’s cracked & not covered under the warranty. Who has worse luck than me?

Isn’t it ironic that the company that the iPad and iPhone can’t develop a better app for their own users! Kind of odd. When I am trying to decide if I want to download an app update I am not interested in reviews from 2 years ago, I just want to know what the current reviews reveal about the update. Does that make sense? The Apple software developers need some guidance. I go to open the "Apple Store App" on my iPad Air 2 and it says there is an update. I click the button, the app has already been updated on my iPad and reads "OPEN" in the App Store. The is the beginning of an endless loop between the app and the App Store. Nice work people. So I have to use the Apple web portal anyway. Duh?

Let see where do I begin. At 2am I order a power adapter and 2 foot cord for an IPhone 11. I needed it so I order it from the Store on 5th Ave. it left specific instructions as to when I would be able to pick it up. I choose the time frame 3:45am-4:00am. It stated that it wouldn’t be available any earlier. So I waited until 3:45am. I presented my ID and to my Surprise it wasn’t ready. I believe I was greeted by a Manager who stated that the Online Dept was different from the Store. If I wanted to Pick it up I was instructed to Cancel the order. She passed me off to another associate who Processed my order. First She didn’t help me Cancel the order and it’s 4:33am and it still isn’t ready. Second what happened to Good Quality Customer Service.? Why couldn’t This Apple Store Hand me my items since I had my online receipt ? That’s not an Option? You really lack empathy and Good Customer Service. Makes me wonder what your Mission Statement is? Flagship Store needs better Customer Service.

I prefer to use this app than the web browser, but some areas for improvement - if trying to checkout with Apple Card instalments, if Apple care monthly is selected the resolution path is non intuitive. Requires user to remove the product and add to cart to checkout - sometimes loading orders takes several seconds and can even fail - if the order is available “tomorrow” it incorrectly presents this information based on EST, not your timezone


What happened to the gift cards???

I really like buying my apple products from the Apple store, I’ve been doing it for years. The one change I really hate about right now is they stopped giving out itunes gifts cards with your purchase. With the gift cards a customer can spend it anyway they choose but now you keep giving out Free apple tv+ subscriptions or apple music subscriptions. What does that do for an already existing customer??? NOTHING!!!

Checkout has two options: checkout with Apple Pay and checkout with credit card. The latter option has an option to use a gift card in wallet but the former does not appear to offer that option. Minor issue. Bug?

Worst customer service and no backing of product!!! I am fortunately have had the worst experience in the last seven months. I bought full price from the Apple Store a iPhone 11 Pro which would not send messages and would not allow me to do phone calls and would lock up. So instead of trading it in I went ahead and bought an iPhone 12 Pro once it came out. The battery would only lasts 17 min to three hours. And when charged it would go to 100% but within two hours would be at 0% and need to be charged. But it sent messages and the phone worked. It blinked non stop but it just had a bad battery. Took it back to where I bought it, within three weeks of the purchase. After this they replaced it as the phone was scalding hot and they said something was wrong with it. The store/ not apple, then gave me a brand new iPhone 12 Pro to replace the faulty one. Now this new one will not allow me to send messages without locking up. It will not allow me to do a look up of my contacts without locking up nor allowing my contacts list to show. The battery will not charge and stay charged. I called Apple tonight to get help, Bonnie, was nice. She did make sure it was escalated to a supervisor who refused to speak with me or give his name and told the original customer service agent to tell me just to go to store and see if someone will fix it or they could express ship a loaner and have my phone shipped to have repair to have the loaner sent back for my 3 day old phone to be returned. WTH!!!! My phone has been on the charger for 3 hours and is at 43% WTFrench toast???!!!! THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT SO FAR AND THE WORST SUPERVISORY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! After $2500 in 7 months spent and 3 iPhones (1 free replacement). I will be go to store and get an android. SHAME on apple. I have no clue how to use an android but I will learn quickly. After 20 hours of my time at $225/ hr apple owes me money. I offered to send all these brand new phones in exchange for any phone at all, I don’t care - I just need one that works. Worst product ever!!!
