Crashes upon opening immediately upon download
W0nd3rFULL

I paid $35 dollars for this app, and it immediately stopped working. I updated iOS, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone - and it still doesn’t work. I will say their customer service is great - I’m just so sad that the app is unusable on my phone.

Great app but have a question! HELP!!
tip all the way!

When editing a birthday, I’m unable to save my alerts because it says “Calender is read only.” Thanks for getting back to me! I have just emailed the screenshot.

Issues with app
Slimwooly

I really wanted to like this app. I know it works for a lot of people. It somehow found unfinished tasks I had from 7 - yes 7 years ago, and listed them in the app. This was disturbing because it asked me to call a dead relative, pick up dinner for an ex-boyfriend and visit a friend with cancer. All things I could have done without seeing today. I checked them off in the app as completed, went to try and find them in my iPhone reminders program to permanently delete them - and they are not there. I went back into Any.do and even though I had checked off calling my dead relative, etc. and closed the item by hitting the x - there they all were again, back as if I never checked them off 2 minutes before. I appreciate the tenacity of it reminding me, but I could do without the added trauma. If I didn’t do something 7 years ago, it’s kind of pointless to remind me now. And, just for the record, I called my dead relative and visited my friend with cancer 7 years ago!! Thank you for the response, however if you actually read what I wrote above, they are either NOT in the reminders program any more or long checked off as completed. I will take you up on the advice to contact the support and open a ticket. Many thanks.

I like the app, but...
Starsigma

I have recently downloaded this application and I like the interface and the overall usefulness of the app itself. However what I find to be frustrating is I like a reminder app which gives me location based reminders. Most apps you can simply type in a name of a location such as Kroger's for example. You do not have to put in the address and it will simply remind you whenever you get near or at a location with that same name without having to put in a specific address. In this case you have to put in the exact address in order to get a location based reminder, most places you don't have an address unless it's a place you go regularly. The app doesn't give the option to show a map and look up a location however when you find what you're looking for it does not give you the option to select the location on the map and have the address automatically imported . Hopefully this is something they will correct in the future because this action would make the app easier to use in the end. Also the app automatically connects to Amazon Alexa. Which would be fine except for example it copies over my grocery list. Then shows for my tasks over 50 items due today because my groceries have been added to it. Even though my groceries have not been given a due date just items needed. So every day when it asks you to create your day. It will ask about every single grocery item and when I plan to buy them. Got old real fast. I have looked and do not see an option to stop this from occurring. Plus the option in setting to sync with Alexa...doesn’t allow you to edit it to choose what you would or would not sync. I for one have my grocery list synced to another app and wouldn’t even include it with this one. I don't know if I'll be keeping the app do to these issues. I am not willing to pay $9 a month with these types of issues in place. Maybe I will check it out again if they make changes.

Crashes on Apple Watch
LarrySellsHomes

I love the new calendar view with the tasks listed along with the events. The problem I have is that every time I try to open the app on my Apple Watch it crashes. I really would like to renew my subscription but will not at this point if any.do will not work on my watch.

Bad updates
JimiVfoundation

Starting about a month ago the app has become laggy to the point that it is unusable. There has been two updates since and isn’t fixed. About to call it quits and ask for my money back. Yes I am on the most recent iOS.

Update is a problem
Pnorc24

Since the update on 9/2/19 the app is so slow or won't retrieve my information at all. Please fix since we are paying for this.

Awesome New Views
scorprol

The new calendar views are a great improvement for the app, wish they could be in android too; 5 star it after that!

I like it BUT...
jodyash

I have a premium account and am really liking this app. It’s on my iPhone, iPads, and MacBook Pro. I have not seen any problems with syncing. HOWEVER, there is one major annoyance. Since I am retired, I am not working with a team and do not need an assistant, and the ad/reminder that I should get one is quite distracting, especially with the changing faces. As I won’t be getting an assistant, I am not looking forward to this distraction being permanent. Is there a way to make it go away?

Unfortunate that have to pay subscription
Oddessi

I was very intrigued by the new Focus mode that was added so decided to download the app. First thing I saw before even completing the sign up was that most the features I had interest in you had to buy a subscription to utilize. Didn’t even bother completing the sign up since I wasn’t going to pay for a subscription just to see if I liked those features or not.
