Since Wunderlist was acquired and ruined by Microsoft- this is a great sub. I really like how the grocery list auto-categorizes plus I can make other lists besides the super convenient grocery list. I think I just upgraded instead of finding a Wunderlist substitute!
I have come across a bug that has made the app totally unusable. It has crashed once when I was trying to load my calendar and since then I cannot have the app open for more than a few seconds before crashing and closing the app. I have really enjoyed this app as it has made my life so much more organized but this really frustrates me as the app is basically useless as it is on my phone.
Hi Any.do team, absolutely love the app organizing my day has become such a fun exercise! But I’ve been trying to open the app all do it keeps crashing. Please fix the bug asap!
Loved the app, but after the recent update can’t open it anymore. Very frustrating.
I try to save my contents but it doesn’t have a save button or an exit button. So I have to restart the app to go to the home page. The daily option doesn’t give you a time set. It only says 6:00pm daily. But I don’t want that. They should add a each hour option.
I loved the layout of this app. Looked like the best for what I searching for. Unfortunately it keeps crashing and closing on me within a minute of having the app open. It says the last update was 22 hours ago so maybe it’s due to that; otherwise I have no clue how it’s so highly rated if the app itself won’t even stay open!
I tried to cancel my subscription because I was not interested in premium. After finally receiving instructions on how i was to cancel the subscription, I did so. I was still charged for the full year plan even after expressing through email my disinterest. I feel like I was not helped whatsoever.
I have been a huge fan of the app but since the last update it crashes and I cannot access my reminders. My last ticket advised to reinstall but after a day it crashed again. I don’t want to move to another app so please address as obviously others have the same issue. Thank you so much
To your customers, and you should too. Seven of your last 10 reviews are one or two stars. Maybe you should listen to your customers? UPDATE: Since the developer asked what’s missing.... first, they show a year of premium is $17.99 on the Apple store information page, that is incorrect. A year of premium at 50% off is $60.00. Way overpriced IMO, especially since so many are now hurting financially. All of the useful things do not work without a premium account. If you want to edit an entry, you had better want to change only last four or five words, because that is all that’s available to edit. If you need to edit something towards the beginning, you will have to retype the entire note. There are other things as well, but those three things alone are enough for me not to use this app. Second update: thank you for the additional information. If I were to decide to try premium , since it is on a 50% off sale and it is $60 does that mean next year I will pay $120 for the program for a year?
Not sure how they deleted my prior, extensive, lengthy negative review but they did. Suffice it to say, the app is garbage. And the developers are full of excuses. I had 3 updates because they came up with an excuse after each review. They spent more time responding to reviews than fixing the app. Never got it to work after a month. Pretty sad.
