Very poor app, you need to verify your mobile number every time you need to access the app. No finger print or face print option to make it easy access.
This is my 2nd time getting La Mer product because of great service of Marites from La Mer., she offer exciting product plus i can feel she love what she is doing. I felt valued customer with her follow up call.
It takes v long time to add purchases and points, never answer for email or customer services phone
