Its great, but one problem

This app is very useful, and i would have no clue what to do with alexa if i didnt have this app. The only thing is, i have a routine to tell me the weather, traffic, and flash breifing, but alexa only tells my the flash breifing when i run the routine.
Useless now.

Nothing will load at all on the app now. I need to restore wireless settings on my Alexa but can't do it because the app is just a blank screen since last night's "update".

I don’t know how probably the second most important app amazon has is their worst one... took me 20 minutes just to update the WiFi because it was so slow. Also rarely connects to what is happening currently on my dot.
Alexa rarely understands even my more common requests

I speak clearly aYet always have to yell despite high on the sound side. Regret investing so much in this POS and looking into trying google as an option

If I could give it zero stars I would. Before you say that I just don't get it your wrong. The app is slower then congress! The three dots have been going on and no. I'm currently sitting in my living room where I just checked my wifi speed and was at 62 Mbps so it is not the internet. Then I already paired according to Alexa and it is not showing up on my phone. Just a bad app

Every time I input my account and password, it will load and turn black and ask me to put the account and password again! It will never works !!

Echo is a decent brand of smart speakers, but the Alexa App really lags the whole user experience!

I literally have 6 home automation items in my cart, ready to purchase, and it’s not going to happen because of this app. I thought, I’m going to try the Alexa app before I spend a bunch of money on related tech, and the first thing I tried to do was verify my cell number, thru the app, and it failed, fatally. When I enter MY phone number, the app says that my number is already connected to another account (it’s not!), and to that I say, “so frigg’n what, Amazon”, I didn’t enter the wrong number, it’s MY number, and I have the very and only phone connected to that number in MY frigg’n hands, so if you send the verification code to MY phone and I enter the code, then it will be verified that it’s MY frigg’n phone number!!!! Morons!!!! I say fire the moron responsible for that programming error and hire a real programmer to fix your fatal flaw that no one seems to care about. It should take less than 10 minuets to find and fix the problem, literally 10 minutes! And customer support is zero help! They told me that this is a common, known issue and if I can wait 24 hours, I can try again, and it should work. This is what happens when a companies grow too large. There’s no way to connect a problem to a person who can fix it and make it go away forever. 24 hours later, same problem. Bye forever, Alexa.
