IHome control update broke it

This last update was said to make adding and controlling iHome devices easier. Well now Alexa can’t find my ihome smartplugs and says there was a problem while my devices are working fine through their app. Please fix this Edit 2/7/18 : AGAIN you put an update out & my ihome smartplugs stop working again. I have half of my house connected & it’s quite inconvenient at this point. Thinking about just going to Google.

There is no way to delete an WiFi password from this app. Have to call customer service and reset device and profile for that. And NEVER EVER allow access to your contacts. It will import all contacts and hold onto them as a leach. Making all contacts available from echo device. Imagine mistakenly calling your boss on 5 am Sunday. And then spending half an hour with customer service to reset your profile because there is no way to selectively remove or add contacts. Such a waste of the “artificial intelligence”.

Alexa can no longer control iHome devices

Recent changes (apparently to Alexa app) have broken the integration with iHome smart plugs. My home is a combination of Hue and Smart Plug devices and Alexa (via 2 Echos and several Dots strategically located) is at the heart of my interactive control. I rely on these devices being able to seamlessly be controlled via my Amazon AI helpers. I can cover with Siri in the meantime - she still has full control, but I would like Alexa back on the job to make this all work!
It was good when I started..

Went to look for the history of what I played on my echo dot and it disappeared with the update-good grief. And Alexa misses over Half is the commands anyway. Disappointed!
Latest update crashed

Lost all my devices on both my Android and Mac apps. Had to reset everything and now both apps are stuck on the "short video" screen. Won't play the video and I can get out of it. So basically the app is now useless.
