Ive used this in past to see what kinds of animals were in my attic and to keep an eye on my house while gone. Just went to reinstall and use again but in some quick tests it managed to not get me walking in the front door with motion detection. Tried twice. Nothing. It’s a full sunny day. The room is well lit. Can’t imagine it’s going to work better if it’s dark out. Oh well.

The only other feature I could wish for is to add classifications of viewers. For example, admin can edit camera and delete scenes and a secondary viewer will not be able to change settings or delete scenes.

Audio frustration…I hope someone listens….

I’ve been using this app for the better part of a year now, and I have to say for my purposes, it’s AMAZING!!! However, recently I’ve been noticing the audio doesn’t record with the “motion detection” and “moments” video. This is insanely frustrating because the subject of my investigation is aware of the camera and the only “proof” I have in most videos is the audio. Sometimes the sound fluctuates too, like it’s strong then muffled. I’ve emailed customer support for help to no avail which is quite frustrating as well. Also, I saw on some other apps there’s a “sound activated” recording feature….any chance Alfred will add this? AFTER they fix my audio issue first pretty plz! I’m spite of my audio issues I still highly recommend this app :)

I have lots of problems with the dumb app disconnecting and not even notifying you that your camera has gone offline, missing important motion detection and terrible video quality but now they’re sending you CHINESE notifications!!!! Gross
