-You can’t see your existing account base as a list -You need the City Code And CS ID which doesn’t match Central Station Acct# -or you need the MAC ID where I can only find onsite or by logging into the website at which point why have an app? How many years will it take to get this fixed?

Thank you for the app. Just to let you know sensor status shows as a small strip at the top of the screen. Otherwise, I haven’t a problem with it. Great tool.

If you want an app so you can do your job as an Alarm Technician that you can log into (sometimes) and then literally DO NOTHING WITH this is the best way to go. Activate a radio - Nope. Look up a panel - doesn’t exist. Run a report - nothing.History -nothing.Keep up the great work guys ! If the developer happens to read this Fix this waste of space please. T

The app works one time after downloading it. After that I have to delete and reload the app back onto my phone. I click login and get nothing but a blank white screen. I’d give it no stars but this crap makes me give it atleast one smh.

This app would be nice IF it worked the way it was supposed to. -You can’t send reset password commands for Total Connect or change the master user email/SMS. -I have to constantly uninstall this app because it will “glitch out” and not even let me access the log in screen. Which is the whole reason this app gets a 1 star for me. -when trying to make certain changes, it’ll error out and send me back to the find account screen. There are way too issues. Please please PLEASE fix this. For an app that we use everyday, this makes us waste a lot of time.

We use the web page but it doesn’t work well on mobile devices. Downloaded the app and it stated it is based on the website but doesn’t pull previous accounts. Very disappointed.
