AITSO - Talking AI Chatbot

AITSO (Artificial Intelligence Text to Speech Operator) is a throwback to Dr. Sbaitso, which was a DOS-based artificial intelligence speech synthesis program from the 90s. Feel free to ask or tell anything to AITSO, and it will respond intelligently. It will remember your previous conversations and any information you provide it. AITSO can also repeat what you say, change voice pitch, tell a joke, change system background color, pick and play a random song from your music library, and strobe your device’s flashlight. Type ‘?’ for the list of special commands.

The AI, while it does take a long time to respond, is very smart, even with topics that you made up yourself. It seems to use things that would work for practically anything then fill in the blank.

I like the application, but for some reason, it’s in the google translate voice and not the original Dr. Sbaitso voice. Is there a way you can get that on it?

It’s really slow even compared to Sbaitso. He may be less intelligent but I will stick with Sbaitso until this one runs faster.

I got bored and typed in “gossip” and it gossips about random people! And, it thinks Peter Gabriel (a band from the 80s) is Peter Pan! Hilarious! I also got bored and typed in “harry the onion” and it said “Did Harrison write any Star Trek movies?” JUST HILARIOUS! And it asked me such a random question. It asked me about my crush! I don’t even have one! (yet) ????????lol lol lol!!!!!! When I type in “yes” it does this funny thing (i’ll do it in script form): Aitso: “are you telling the truth?” Me: “yes” Aitso: “are you telling the truth?” Me: “Yes” Aitso: “Are you telling the truth?” Me: “I SAID YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” aitso: “just because you said it doesn’t make it true.” Please DO NOT fix this! It is STRAIGHT UP HILARIOUS! Even my friends like it! Do not fix it, PLEASE!!!!!

As soon as I opened the app and entered my name, I was immediately presented with a full screen ad. This ad ran for more than 10 seconds, and I exited the app. Uninstalling.
