Why Can’t I get the new chapter?

I enjoy this game but at the time I write this, this is the SECOND time the next stage’s timer resets itself every time I open the app. You’re supposed to wait 22 hours before the next chapter becomes available. I finished one TWO DAYS ago and every time I open the game, the counter counts down from 22 hours. I should’ve been playing the chapter yesterday! This wouldn’t make me upset if the Help/Support button had a way to contact the developer and let them know about the bug. I’m forced to write this review and hope it gets their attention.

I really enjoyed playing the game but im having technical difficulties where when I open the game it says “ sorry something went wrong! Please restart the game” and gives me one option which is to quit. Its been like this since the night before and now its about to be a whole 24 hours which I’ll lose my streak on it :(. Please how do I fix this!

I thought I might like this despite the ridiculous wait times, but I'd barely even started. Just finished episode 3 and the counter till the next episode is available keeps reseting to 4 hours. So unless I want to use cash, I can't proceed. Not to mention, I don't like how you have to be speedy in finding objects just to get higher scores to earn stars faster. Yeah, no. I'm uninstalling.

I enjoy Agent Alice, would like to be able to increase the opportunities to play, maybe if the chances to play are a little higher than 100 points as I do not get to play only once a day.

Definitely not enough fun to pay for “energy” or wait for a recharge. There are far better games than this.

dear, Wooga games l noticed that it has been 3 years since you last updated the agent Alice app & I am very disappointed and usually If an app hasn't been updated in a long time I am not sure if I should download it or not sometimes I would download & play that kind of app but not for long also I think most of your fans are disappointed by the fact that you stopped updating this game so I think you start updating this game again that way so people won't forget about and it might make the fans and apparently since the 26 episodes in the game you made so far are a part of season 1 I suggest it's best if you make a season 2 Sincerely yours Zach Jones

I have been playing Agent Alice for a short time and really enjoyed it. I got to Episode 6 and for some reason every time I tried to open it, it would bring up a screen that said New Episode, Show Me, and Watch the Trailer. It would let me watch the trailer but if I chose anything else, the screen would come up and immediately it would fade away. When I looked at App Support, it said to completely delete it and maybe it would work. It also said I would lose my place and that’s exactly what happened. If I could get my place back I would definitely give it a 5. My only complaint, when it was working properly, was that I only got to play 10-15 minutes before I was out of energy. Can you help me get back to Episode 6?

It’s impossible to play the game for more than 5minute increments since your energy bar depletes so quickly and you must wait 2minutes for 1 energy. It takes 10 energy per puzzle, and you have to play the puzzle 3-5 times for 1 star. It costs around 2-4 stars to advance the story. I unfortunately cannot recommend this game despite it being so fun in those few minutes you get to play it. Don’t bother picking up this game unless you want to spend money on the energy replenishing items so you can play it for more than 5minutes each time.
