Beautiful app for your child to learn the Alphabet
iPhoneSDKPro

It's never to early for you child to learn. Knowledge is the greatest gift you can give your children. Montessori ABC for Kids HD is the best $1.99 gift you can get for your preschool child. Using Montessori ABC for Kids HD your child will learn the ABC the old fashion way with flash cards and learn to write the letter by following along the trace sheets. This is the exact same method that has been used for years, now in an elegant and engaging iPad app.

Crippling ads
World B. Free

I think the app itself is well made, however I see no difference between this version and the free one. The paid one has the same horrible ads that bog down the app when opened. I wish I hadn't paid for it. Save yourself the money and just get the free one.

My son gets frustrated
13579111315

I thought this app would be a good tool for my 3 year old. Wrong, it demands perfection and gets my son frustrated. It clearly states it is for children 2 to 3. I really can't imagine how a two year old must feel like with this "letter nazi" app. My son is doing perfectly for his age but if he gets, just a little bit, out of the borders of the line, the voice asks him to do it again and again. It tells ME to do it again if I don't do it perfectly. For a young learner it is not only frustrating but dissapointing, he is doing perfectly and the voice tells him he is wrong, and dumb with the continuous: "it is easy!" I want my money back and would recommend real educators to improve this app. Cero stars.

Not a Montessori app
Lisbeth101

Anyone who has a child in Montessori knows children don't learn the letter names until the become readers. They learn letter sound only until they begin to read. This is false use of the Montessori name.

For toddlers?
Oyost

Out of all the word that start with the letter g, you chose ghost. Out of all the letters for w you chose witch. Both fly around the room. The app started out great until it showed these and now my 3 year old has nightmares about ghosts who has never seen or heard about any of these unnatural creatures. Kids are smart. They know when something is not right and it frightens them. Thanks.

Great idea
KB3POA

Would be wonderful if the app worked or even opened 100% of the time (only stays open about 10% of the time). From what I have gathered it is a great idea. Could have better chooses for letters (example food, animals, I teams in everyday life). I would also like to see a report card feature for parents to see how well their children(child) are doing. This way we can work with them to become better learners.

Annoying ads
Rajarah

Do you think little once know how to close the ads? They always touch the 'Get it' now button and end up in AppStore. I did not paid for this app to see ads... For sure will not buy any apps that was shown in the add.. Please remove the ads.

Greate app!
Grizzlick

I like it.

Activity
7Anirazc

The app is good but I would like to see more activity and excercise.

Excited
Fun2Teach

I am excited to see how my students enjoy using this app during small group time in our reading block. I especially love the progress tracker!
