AMAZING APP

I'm only 13 but with this app I can do it! I only will say that it doesn't track your distance or pace but it allows you to use other apps like run keeper while you use this one. Also, the music feature! You can play your own music from pandora, spotify, your iPod, anywhere! I LOVE THIS APP

Safe & Great for Beginners

I am loving this app. I used to be in shape 5 years ago and thought I could get right back into it no problem. Well, that wasn't true... This app gradually increases difficulty and endurance at a level appropriate for the beginner (which I now am again:)). It's so easy to use with the voice coming over my iPhones music and telling me exactly when to walk, run, and when I'm done. I feel safe and excited about getting back my aerobic capacity.

Just started using this app today. I really like this app and it's going to be a big help in my goal to run 5k. Only thing is wish there were play lists on here to listen to that would stop and start after it told you to run or walk. I recommend this app.

Too buggy to use, poorly designed

Had to give up after a week because I would be running or walking and noticed that the program hadn't done anything in 20 minutes: it just keeps crashing. Even when it did work there's no way to adjust volume so I couldn't hear what it was saying over the music. On top of that the design is ugly and doesn't follow standard user interface guidelines, so it's difficult to actually use. In short, don't waste your time.
