Used another app for this last year and got the complete eight week work out. This one reels you in for a few weeks then to continue after 2nd week you have to pay to upgrade.

The only thing I wish it did was tell you how far you have gone during each training session during the first few weeks.

Sound is way too low. You can't hear your music and use the app because you will not hear the app prompts. Every time the phone locks it stops giving you voice prompts.

I like the app. It gets the job done. BUT it doesn't tell you your overall distance or allow you to calculate possible calories you burn. Also, it doesn't date your runs. It sounds silly, but I forget when I last went every few days.

LOVE APP! Ran 1st race ever after completion of this program. Took a couple of months off - would like to use program again. Does it have a "reset" button? How about a 10k program?

Every time I’ve started an exercise program, I go full throttle for the first two days, end up spraining/injuring myself, and then I stop. 5K is great as it ramps you up and great for anybody that’s willing to commit! Start the app, start walking, and you’ll hear a voice when its time to switch it up (run/walk). Once you’re done you have the option to post your accomplishment on Facebook or Twitter, and the app keeps a log of your achievements. Totally worth it - highly recommend!
