I gave this app 4 stars 2 years ago, it has improved a great deal since then deserving a full 5 stars. From then until now I've been through every free weather app in the App Store, the ones I like I give a good review. For some reason no matter how much I like the app initially I get tired of it and look for a different one. This app just might be the one I count on and keep on my iPhone. Why isn't there any new weather apps to choose from, it's the same ones so it's a process of elimination. There are weather apps I can't download because they're not compatible with the iOS 11.2.6 software that I have and the developers haven't done anything to change it. This app has everything I want in a weather app, easy to use, not annoying with a constant ad pop up. It certainly deserves 5 stars but even that isn't adequate enough, it's really a prehistoric way of measuring quality. Thank you developers and anyone responsible for this excellent weather app.

I've tried them all and 1Weather blows them all out of the water! Best presentation of National Weather Service data, easiest you use also. I highly recommend this free app!
Need more control ipad2

On my ipad2, there NO options under any of the settings on the iPad to turn the app off from being displayed as a widget. And what this means is the app is constantly updating to show current weather info. That is intrusive and needs to be addressed ASAP.
Love the app when it's working

I love the app but lately it crashes every time I try to open it. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it but no change. It is my favorite weather app but if I can't get it to work I will have to find something else.

5 years as a premium customer, I'm getting weather alerts for the wrong location. 1weather is giving me excuses and then stopped responding as I'm getting caught in storm after storm without a weather alert. I found out my town was listed in their system as being in a county some forty miles from my location. I sent emails to one weather support to correct this location error but they're not responding. Don't buy this app for the alerts.
