For reference, classes include watercolor illustrations of each pose. The illustrations are designed to support your practice, but always listen to your body above anything else. Also, anytime you need a break, gently release a pose and come into a position that feels comfortable for you.

Yoga looks and feels different in every body. Each person expresses a pose in a unique way. Your instructor, Niki, will be there to guide you with step-by-step instruction, but always do what feels good for you. Moving with intention and connecting with your breath–that is yoga. When you bring your attention inward, you’re practicing yoga.

Developing a home yoga practice is empowering. It teaches you how to take care of yourself and practice with confidence anywhere, anytime.

As a yoga teacher, I am always looking for apps to suggest to students to keep them on their mat outside of the studio. 19 Minute Yoga is THAT app! It's amazingly easy to follow with the pictures & also incredibly easy to listen to. No glitches & simple postures with great descriptives. I recommend it to everyone -- beginners to advanced yogis! While I love going to yoga studios, sometimes it's impossible - perhaps not enough time, a class I want, or a location that works. 19 Minute Yoga gives me a chance to practice whenever, wherever. I love the variety of classes, Niki's calming voice and encouragement, and the music as well. There are beautiful illustrations that accompany the voice guiding, perfect for beginners but also great just to double check you're in the right pose ;) I've tried plenty of yoga apps and videos, and 19MY is by far my favorite. I'm looking forward to trying out some of the challenges and exploring the new content!! Thanks Niki for such an awesome app!

I admit it… I have always been one of those people who said they do not have time to work out. 19 minute yoga changes all of that. In my dreams… I eventually teach yoga classes… But until I make that time and commitment… having Nicole guide me through is perfection. Her classes are tiered for anyone who is looking for an easy, intermediate, or advanced class. And her voice is like butter… It makes me feel as though I can do anything and fully prepares me for my day. She somehow knows how to tell me at which moment to get deeper into each move... and virtually corrects all of my mistakes. I highly recommend adding 19 Minute Yoga to your life.

This is the ONLY way I will do yoga! This is my favorite app in my phone, it helps me get my day started out right and feeling amazing. I can tell this took a lot of time planning this app out and it really shows.. I’ve been waiting for an app like this and it’s perfect!


Packs a punch!

I love how efficient this is. So often I have found myself skipping going to yoga on crazy-busy days because a 60 or 75 minute class, plus the drive to and from the studio, isn’t in the cards for me. But this app makes it easy to carve out some time for myself and unroll my mat. I love that the emphasis of this app is a vocal track of directions and I can focus on my own alignment and positioning more than anything else. And it amazes me how such a small time on my mat on the busy days and the focus on JUST ME—how my body feels in each position—just helps press a ‘reset button’ on the bad days or relieve the feeling of laziness on the days that would otherwise be rest days. I am grateful for the yoga sequences in this app and for how easy it is to tell myself that if I have half an hour to spend fluffing around on Facebook when I need a break, I have 19 minutes to spend on my mat (+10 minutes on social media... to do something good for myself before getting back to work.

As the owner of a fitness and wellness company I recommend to all my clients that they use 19 minute yoga! I myself use it and simply put find it to be the best exercise app of any kind I have come across. It's smooth and easy to understand interface make it the perfect tool whether you're a yoga beginner or the most experienced yogi!! Even the yoga instructors in my company use it and recommend it to their clients for days they are not with them. We should only hope that more apps like this are created for the fitness community. What a well thought out and designed app. Bravo 19 minute Yoga!!
