I like the app, but the coach sometimes has wrong numbers - they don't match what the workout says they will be and are obviously not right. For example 10 reps for one set when they should all be in the 30s or 40s. Also, during the rest time I would like to see how many are coming up in the next set so I can decide whether I want to take the full rest or not.
Mine is also stuck in a week.. Keeps telling me to do more than what the preworkout page says It was good while it lasted
It's pretty good it's consistent on telling You what to do and it gets harder. But it takes to long on getting back to the work out
This app would be a 4 star app if the developers had bothered to test it. As you progress through the workouts errors in the push-up counts are rampant.
The counts were accurate on the commissioned officers level 14. The workout "coach" tells you to do FAR fewer than the required amount for that level. 20, 18, 15, 14, 40 instead of 45, 35, 32, 27, 40. What!?
Same thing here as for others. The routine overview shows I should do 50 push-ups for set#1 but when you actually start the set it says to do 18. Repeat the randomness for the rest of the sets. Love the app, but I just can't get over that. Please fix soon.
