I enjoyed the game but now I can't access any of the game now I have an iPhone 7 up to date on everything and every time I try to click main tower annex or anything it won't let me access the levels

I rate this one star because there are no main directions, just the room. Nothing else. Don't ease your time, get Can You Escape instead!
Why did you downgrade the speed

In older versions you tap the up arrow in the elevator it goes up but now you have to wait to load 5 seconds please get rid of that delay.

this used to be such a good fast game but now it's super slow and there's a loading screen between each floor. it's so annoying!!!
New ad feature to access any level

With the lastest update it force you to see a video ad before access any level... it used to be a wonderful game even New floors doesn't release constantly but now it is all about the ads. Some times video ads doesn't present so you can't access the game, it shows the error check Network. Sorry I'm not enjoying it now.

y'all won't let me pass level 40. your supposed to turn your volume all the way down. I've restarted my phone, tried it with the ringer off and on and I just don't know what to do. I refuse to use one of the master keys so y'all should fix whatever glitch won't let me open the door.
