I can't blow the balloons off the ceiling...... – Lost Circus (Full) Review

When you get the leaf blower to blow the balloons off the ceiling, I select the leaf blower but can't get the balloons to move. Using an iPad 2nd gen. Could you please help, I like the game till this happened.
