I have been playing for years. I don’t think I would have kept playing but I invested money to play and I just keep playing. I do not like the progression where I feel the need to spend more and more to get what I need in references to upgrades. It is already hard enough to grow in the game unless you have multiple accounts. I believe one account should suffice. I want to be able to change my base layout and something different on the barracks aspect, only need one barracks, change to where u upgrade a tech for the troop or something, multiple barracks that do the same thing makes no sense to me. Progression to be able to stay alive would prob keep a lot more people playing also if you know what I mean.

Progress is lost

I enjoy this game a lot, and I feel like I have a reason to keep coming back. For a free to play guy, these games still allows me to make slow progress, but is still more than other games like mobile strike. I first played in 2016, but left because I moved on, but since I’ve come back and still enjoy playing. My only bad incident is when I bought a deal and the purchase never came through.

I have been a daily player of this game since 2013. I recently upgraded to a new iPhone, which resulted in the loss of all of my secondary, or alternative bases-not linked to my Facebook account,I contacted their customer support team over a week ago, and am still waiting for a response. I love the game and have spent real money on it, but no more real world currency will be spent. Play the game but beware of spending money or when using a new phone. Update:10/13/219 I received an email from the developer a few weeks letting me know that they would resolve the problem. The issue still exists and I will not change the rating until it’s resolved. I have played this game since 2013, so it is shocking to receive such poor customer service.

WARNING: Multiple attempts to use my account from Russia, Middle East, Africa, and Asia when I’m in the US. These people will take you to the bank if you don’t pay close attention to your iTunes charges!! Thousands of $’s of Fraudulent charges have posted to my account. Watch for e-mails about iTunes problems with purchases for things you never purchased.

Played the game a decade now. Love it. Strategy, working on rewards, clan comradarie etc but hate people that buy their way through. I don’t see a way of somebody having hundreds of thousands of each offensive troop actually accumulating them through rewards, infests and keeping them without laying out big bucks. Not fun anymore.

A very genuine game!

I really love this game because it’s simple. It looks overwhelming but it’s really basic. You begin simple and grow to understand the other complexities in the game. I joined a clan and I loved it. The support is amazing and they always have my back. The game is old but it holds up to the test of time. Give this game some time and it will reward you.

Needs updating

Very suitable game for rich people. Not so fan friendly after losing your troops. Needs further updates and bug repairs. Also hasn’t had much change in quite a while. Hero’s needs work. Bigger base expansion would be cool. Faster troop production would make the rewards better and quicker than rebuilding for a year!,,,

This is a pay to win game, I spend $400 in 3 days, all troops got kill, nothing left. I been playing for few years with 15 accounts, all the same, lose more than win, very disappointing, I would play walking dead, even can’t win all but win and than this game and my people wouldn’t die.

Game is pretty good and most major glitches have been dealt with although there are several smaller ones that have never been acknowledged, and of course never remedied. Then there’s the remaining major glitches that happen occasionally. Try contacting support and all you will hear is crickets. Some of these in game failures relate directly to $$. With no help being provided, or a simple acknowledgement of an issue, it is very hard to continue to play and even harder to consider spending $$. The game overall is a great game! With proper support, and customer service it could be much better. Until then, it’s not a game I would recommend to a friend (at least not someone I liked very much!) and wouldn’t rate any higher than a 2/5. Wanted to rate it a 1.5/5 but that wasn’t an option. Fix the glitches and customer service and it would easily be a 5/5!
