The controls in this app are simple and intuitive. It is so easy to label items in a photo. All other annotation apps feel clunky and difficult to use in comparison.

I used this app mid last year... I recently found a photo annotated using this app but forgot the name... I had to see when the photo was taken and search my iTunes purchase history again to find this gem ? .. Definitely a keeper!

This is beautifully coded. Works well, keeps you neat. I know there are more powerful options out there, they just aren't worth it to learns for me. When I need to annotate pics and measurements quickly and share that info- THIS is the app I turn to. I'm working on a landscaping renovation and the app has been invaluable. Highly recommended. No crashes or bugs to speak of. I have been using it for six months.

This is a great app for annotating pictures. I haven't used it much, but when I have, its worked flawlessly. My biggest concern at this point is that the app is still in the 1.0's and hasn't seen any updates in over a year. The last update was less than two months after it was released. The developer has some other interesting apps, but they seem to be similarly lacking updates.

I use this app all the time and it works perfectly- I love it for annotating projects for tutorials - I even took a photo of all my prescriptions & supplements and annotated it so I could have a comprehensive reference for myself and my doctor! The only things I wish it had were perhaps the ability to have text in a highlighted box, and unlimited characters ...kind of a bummer when it won't let you finish a sentence. Thank you for this amazing app - looking forward to updates!

Sadly, Apple is less than consistent in living up to its Jobs-ian legacy of beautiful simplicity and of usability that approaches the intuitive. This app exemplifies both. It's a delight to use and proof that Steve's ideal can still be realized.

I rarely write reviews, but this one is deserving. It is simple and straightforward. I say that and yet I have no idea how to change the pointer. I am sure I can figure it out though now that I know there are different ones (and I've been using this app for at least 6 months now). I don't use it often but when I do, it's solely because I want to label and describe or question. For example: I need to show a person some pictures of jewelry I want in a magazine and want to match up the item to the description. I use "This" and place my pointer right at the beginning of "B. Blah blah blah. #12345 $36" and then I drag my line over to the picture of "B." and type the name of the item. I will also point to any other places that I specifically have a question about, like pointing to the silver on bracelet and asking "does this look cheap in person?". Another example: I took a picture of my house and pointed to several places around the house where I wanted changes, such as a pointer to the door...I drag the line out to the side and type in "I see a black door!" Pointer on the wood on the house...drag the line out to the side and type: "I see peacock blue here!". I used another app to draw in a small flower garden in the yard and then use "This" to add the pointer...drag the line to the side and type "Mary's garden". It's easy breezy. Great for documenting! Your choices for the color of your text are just as simple: "Auto, B, W". Text size is right next to color: "S M L". That's it. Just keep your labeling/descriptions/etc. short because you do not get to size your text box. The app sizes it for you and when it's decided it's big enough, that's that. And sometimes neither black nor white work well with your background but you'll just have to deal with it and just try moving that text to a better location. Great, clean app. Could use a few adjustments, and I wish someone would make a few, but it appears this app has been forgotten. That's a shame.

Easy to use, very handy to label objects in photos. I use it to label photos of plants and flowers with their biological names.
