too many errors

to be honest: i hate this app! i used it years ago as a second number..one day, i woke up & was locked out of my account for no reason & never was able to regain access to my threads. years later, i have gotten a number on the app for work & keep my personal number, private. this app has far too many errors. half the time i don't get notifications, if the sender sends me more than one message at a time, i only ever get the last message. the audio is terrible & the 4.5/5 rating is completely fluke. the app deserves a 0/5...it's awful & has been awful for years.

DOESNT LET YOU DIAL IN EXTENSION WHEN CALLING. ALSO CANT PLACE CALLS WHILE ON WIFI. HAVE TO USE MY SERVICE.

Doesn’t notify when you get a message or call, even if you have it set to notify you. Doesn’t send out text messages, rather on WiFi or your regular network. Horrible horrible horrible
