You guys really need to update this app

I installed the update for iOS 12 last night, and I noticed that you still haven’t updated it to work with iOS 11 yet, so I still can’t really get it to work on my iPad. My iPad will not let me read download anything unless it works with iOS 11 or 12.

Is there any way you all could update to the new IOS? My kid loves this app a lot and plays on it with our phones and the iPad. He gets so frustrated now that it won’t open because it’s not updated. We paid a few dollars for this app. I expect it to be up to date or reimbursement should be available. Thanks.

I PAID for this app as part of a bundle, but have been unable to use it since updating to iOS 11 (and now 12). You’ve managed to update some of the other Carl/Gugl apps, why not all of them? I think you owe it to your paying customers!!
