Somethings wrong with the app

I’ve had the app for a long time. It was working fine up until a few weeks. Then all of a sudden the strangers tab is blank. I’ve placed two inquiries and received no response. I’ve pd for the service. So it’s extremely frustrating. And the friends tab the faces no longer show nor change. So it’s not updating.

I paid for this app over a year ago and it worked great until a couple of weeks ago. Hoping that it gets fixed soon. I’ve emailed numerous times but have not gotten an answer. Strangers and surprise lists are completely blank.

I emailed them twice and no response the strangers doesn’t work at all, surprise doesn’t work blank to and top friends not updating possible Facebook upgrade blocked them but I’f it’s not getting fixed I want my money back

The app randomly stops working, often. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few times, and that seemed to fix it for awhile. Now however, I can’t get it to do anything. Such a loss, too—I loved it when it worked.

I have had this app forever. When it actually works...it’s great. But like right now...the strangers or surprise isn’t working. I have tried to “report a problem “ but every time I do, it throws me out. So...decided I would write a review so I can get someone’s attention. Thanks
Sad App!

Never has it done as it should. It shows maybe up to 20 friends and up to 6 strangers. Never 50. Waste of my money and time. ☹️

This app freezes midway and doesn’t show anything. My husband downloaded it as well and same thing happened to him. Total scam to get your money and you can’t go to help on the app as once it opens it just freezes.

After downloading this app I've gotten at least 10-12 spam emails a day from “noreply@noreply” it’s ridiculous. They are either selling off your email address or this is a BS app just to spam you.

After entering my credentials it will not stop “loading”. I reset my network settings and powered my phone done and same issue, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, same issue. I wanted to report the issue but there’s no option to report an issue. It’s like this app has been abandoned with no support. All support links go to a twitter page that is no longer available.
