Rip off for elementals

I Purchased the five elementals and I only received one. So I went back in and tried to purchase it a second time and again only received one elemental. This is a rip off you are stealing from kids.

I bought my son one of the Elemental Slug packs and it said guaranteed new slug.. well, he got tons of gems and no slug. What a waste of money. Now I have an upset 8 year old and no way of solving this issue. I will not be putting any more of my money into this game.
The new one is so bad

I played the first one and I loved it.It was challenging, it was entertaining, it never got boring and it never lag,glitch, and did not need WiFi to play. But when the new one came out I thought it was going to be more better. But all it was was boring, not fun,and it lagged,glitched my slugs so that they did no damage and the graphics were not cartoony looking and you could only play as Eli Shane. Please fix the graphics and make the elementals available in story mode and not have to actually use money.
Great way to kill time.

I downloaded this game so my nephews could play on my phone and then I picked it up. I have all of the original slugs maxed out and for some reason cannot get any of the new slugs. Not really a challenge anymore but my nephews sure do like it. That is the reason for the 4 stars.
You guys are about to lose a really big slugterra fan!

Really guys just really? I mean come on you guys I know you want to make money and everything but this, this is just out of hand like you all just blew me away you have to pay 33$ just to get an Elemental I have been working my butt off for gems and gold chest but you know this is the thanks I get for spending my time on a pay to win money sucking battery draining game I'm sorry but you guys have lost my 5 star rating!and just thinking about it makes me take away the freaking one star!

My brother Bought a 33$ for a pack of elemental saying u will get all but it just got him one and it isn’t even strong! Now give my brother the wyatt elel the all the elementals promised or he isn gonna buy any of your thing ever again he thinks your game is just is a scam for ? and he says in 2 days or else he not ever gonna buy anything from your game and he spends a lot and a lot of money on your game
