Good App but bad customer service

I've had this app for a long time and I used to have Premium but I stopped for a while. Recently the past few times I've tried to buy premium it won't activate on my account but I will still be charged for it. And on top of it I've emailed the customer support countless times and they won't do anything to help

The app probably had a good vision, which looks good on paper, but there are way too many fake profiles and trashy low-lifes bringing down its value. Its a good idea, but needs better execution. PLEASE red flag anyone with KIK in the title of their name or whose first message is simply “KIK” because they are ALWAYS scammers.

Do not download this app. It’s full of bots and scammers. Also the developer is erasing the reviews and writing fake ones. Apple needs to take off this app

I’ve been using Skout for a while and I haven’t had any real any issues until now. The one time I do have problems, I tried contacting Skout and over the course of a week I still have not heard back. I emailed Skout Support, Meetme Support, and messaged Skout on Facebook Messanger and still haven’t gotten any response. Very disappointed, definitely not worth it. There’s plenty more apps like this with much better support.

Paid for premium and it charged me but doesn’t work. Ever time I try to use a feature it asked me to upgrade, then when I select to upgrade it says I’m already subscribed. Total rip off!
A lot of fake profiles. Geo doesn’t work.

This operates alright most of the time, but there are frequent freezes and geo locationing doesn’t work properly. This app works almost as stated, technically, but its premise is a bit scary. Ages are questionable. It doesn’t allow updating your profile text because It chops off text and never updates according to your updates. I’ve seen worse though.

Please update your servers, the amount of time your app is still trying to update images is abysmal. I pay you for your service, upgrade it.
