freagin stupid
If you opt to save you account number, it won’t save it. Tried a few times, reloaded app, simply doesn’t work. Amazing they can’t get that right in today’s world. Also, site and pretty generic and a dinosaur compared to the others. I have fidelity as well and will be switching all my accounts to them. Scott trade is delivering a lesser product and charging more money for it on trades.
Mobile Deposit Doesn’t Work

Overall it’s an easy app to use, with nice graphics. But you can’t make a mobile deposit with it. And when you get your email that says it didn’t work, it doesn’t tell you why. And when you ask to get a call back explaining, they won’t do it. Do they want my money or not?
Give up a portfolio page like google

I use google finance to do my "fantasy" buys and over a period of time see how they do and wether they are a buy or not . I have not found anything that compares to the features that google finance has and with them supposedly revamping finance , I believe that all will be lost . Take a look, test buy some stocks and see how it shows " days gain, total gain, reflects splits, shows dividends ... It's actually a " watchlist" but allows purchase price, date, etc and tracks it for you. It's very simple and nicely done.

I’ve been with Scottrade for at least 15 years or more. Actually Scottrade was recommended to me from my broker and I have not been disappointed the service has been excellent. I would recommend Scottrade to anyone and I do.

But not in a good way! It actually makes me feel like my iPhone 8 is flip-phone from 20 years ago!! The worst investment app I’ve ever seen! It’s low-tech with little to no options and it can’t even delete a symbol from my watchlist. Been trying for a YEAR to edit my lists. If you can’t release an app that functions, I don’t trust you or your tech with my hard earned money. The ST website is about the same. I switched my entire portfolio to Fidelity, I wish I did this years ago.
Widget stop working for no reason

I used the widget a lot in the past but the recent update can’t used it. Very disheartening ☹️

Can’t see account statements. Won’t show option quotes until you enter an order to review. Ughhh.
