Customer for years. The only problem I have is trying to keep my password straight but there always there to help

This app told me I had made 90%+ on multiple stocks I had invested in, seeing this I sold each of those stocks. Turns out they were all in the negative and I lost half my invested money. Don't trust what this app tells you, double check everything with a separate app or online.

It's first time I decided to write a review on an app because it's so horrible!

I transferred my account to Scottrade to save money from $10 per trade to $7. I used e-trade, Td Ameritrade never an issue with their app. For Scottrade, I can never tell what was my initial position purchase price, unless I take out my calculator! I can't see the chart history except for the last 2 hours! And a lot more! I ended up going back to my td Ameritrade account to check on a stock then go back to Scottrade to place an order. Their website is not any better! I need to print out statements, so I logged in to the website (I used same user I'd and password I used for the app) and It asked me to change my password. After that I couldn't login to my app that I need to sell some of my stocks. I decided to try again next couple of days, then the stock I wanted to sell dropped 50%! The app is horrible to a point i have to give up on trading stocks. So glad, the company has been taking over!

I use several financial and another brokerage app (fidelity) and Scottrade by far has the worst, counterintuitive, hard to navigate app that I’ve ever used. This needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Just my opinion ;-)

my phone was on wifi when i logged in but wasnt when i tried to trade so i got an error when i hit confirm. relogged in and tried the trade again. turns out ive now done the trade twice. not cool that i cant trust the data this app shows. also theres no where in the app to contact support.

Can’t wait for the TD takeover so we get a decent app.

If you want an app that lets you make a trade and see your balance this is the app for you. If you want any other functionality (like stock research, etc) then you need to move your account pretty much anywhere else.

Also would be nice if I didn’t get logged out so much, or if I could at least be prompted to log back in rather than having to go to the menu and My Account to trigger the prompt. The notifications could be better (push, not email or text, please).

I can check my account, but no HD screen for iphone6+ or newer. It feels so 2014. Money transfers don't work. Apple, delete this garbage. How embarrassing that Scottrade leaves with junk out there. Nov 2017: updated. Still looks like garbage. Super low res, it feels like my the app was programmed by Fisher Price or is the Readers Digest BIG PRINT edition. Zero stars!!
