The app is not optmized for iOS devices in many ways: 1. doesn't have convenient easy-to-see charts. 2. dashboard and watch lists are not concise enough. 3. sell and other features are not simple to be in one place. 4. design and layout are complex. I wonder, don't they have money to submit a nice update?? just learn from Many others.

Terrible app - I constantly need to close it and reopen it just to get price updates. Makes me want to switch brokers since Scottrade doesn't seem to be serious about supporting its mobile clients.

Piece of junk application. I'm this close to close my account and move to another broker.

Love the app but still needs improvements such as show what funds are in the flexable reinvestment area and show my settings for that area as well as start having push notifications such as when a acount statement is available or when a alert has been sent to my email. This would me see what is going on with my account at all times. Also add tuch id support so that we do not need to use a pin code or have to remember a account number and password.

A certain stock commonly trades at under $8. I created a limit order for $8. The order so far has not been filled for over a week even though the stock has substantial volume in the $7.90s. Many other people I've talked to have the same problem. Scottrade is a joke.

Pre market opens at 6, it's now 8:20 and the app and the site are down. I can't trade, no access to my money. They realize this isn't Candy Crush. Turns out from what I've been reading this happens to them periodically. Time to switch to another broker.

App doesn't work many times, as though that's acceptable in the finance world.
Lots of nicknames
I can't log in. Deleted app and reinstalled. Still down. I can't access money or trade. What's up???!!!

If you click on My Account - Open Orders, the app applies a "yesterday" filter by default. Open Orders for yesterday should not be the default view. Very misleading, could cause a loss of $$$. Application of a "yesterday" filter can cause a loss of money should an open order execute when the view shows "0 Open Orders" and you don't click past the default filter.
