Crashes and won't open. No app support

Nh19crash

I have really liked this game but after the last iOS update even with me updating the app, restarting, deleting and downloading again, it won't open and just crashes. The online app support is no help and doesn't have any ready customer service

Doesn't work?

After a couple hours of gameplay the app won't open, and if I where to delete and reinstall I would lose my progress.

Crashing iOS 9.1

This WAS one of my all time favorites. Now it crashes instantly on both my iPhone 6 and iPad. I'll upgrade my rating when this is fixed.

I'm happy this game works on my iPhone 6 Plus running 9. Also happy there is no IAP! Thanks!

Pretty good, despite flaws

I had the original Puzzle Quest, loved the idea of mixing puzzle and rpg elements. So I still enjoy this, though there are a number of bugs, interface problems, and balance issues. (I'm level 41, and with the spells I have now, there's very little I can't outright destroy.) But, for three bucks, it's provided me with a lot of occupied time. If you liked the first, you'll like this one too.

It Actually Works!

Moonstruck Muse

Ever since I bought the app ages ago, I always ran into the game crashing every time I reached the Contested Zone, and was never able to progress. This update has fixed whatever caused that bug, as the app now works! I've happily been able to beat the game. It's not as good as Puzzle Quest 1 in term of plot, but the art and puzzle mechanics have been improved a lot in lieu of it. And the cast of characters isn't bad (some are very amusing) and there's even a few interesting twists along the way to keep you interested. However, some of the other old bugs are still present, hence the 4 stars. A few gem changing spells can rarely lag the game, and I have had it freeze a couple times during a battle, where I have to quit the battle and resume. But otherwise, this is the best match 3 puzzle RPG available on iOS (unless they bring back the original, ofc). It's a bit hard to control on my iPhone 5, and overall the PC version runs smoother and better, but it is still a very enjoyable experience.

Meh

The only real challenge to this game, aside from lucky drops, is the AI spamming inexplicably cheap and powerful abilities and/or blocking the bulk of your attacks.

Love this game!!!

I've been playing this game for years! It's so addicting!

Interesting game mechanics, but very linear and difficulty ramps up immediately after tutorial, making IAP feel forced.
