Please fix the password problem. I hit every key and it wont work so im stuck on the first screen. I would like some message pr acknowledgement that you guys will fix it

Just bought this app and it doesn’t work. You have to enter a 4 digit password on the fist page and the app does not register you entry. DON’T WAST YOU TIME!
