I have extremely fond memories of the original PvZ. While I'm happy its majesty has been mostly preserved and translated for those born after 2000, I'm disappointed that beyond original price of purchase, it costs 3 further bucks to remove ads - and the game still tries to sneak in ads where it can beyond that.

This is a really great game. I have had it for many years over many different devices. The irritating part is that I paid my$4.99 to have the ads removed and for a bit I didn’t have any ads. When I played the game today, BOOM….ads. When I hit the “resort” button within the game nothing happens and I am stuck watching ads. I’m a reasonable person so I would like to either have the glitch fixed or the money returned. Either way, once there is resolution I’ll change my review.
