Buggy ! game locks up on iphone 4s

I used to love this game on the Amiga 500. This version for ios has a bug: after ball launch the ball disappears off the top of the screen and never returns. (iphone 4s).
Flippers don't work

Flippers frequently freeze--several times during every game. This renders the games virtually unplayable.

The reviews were mostly positive so I paid the price and I am now disappointed ..the tables play OK but there are technical issues .. it's just a bit buggy. Two examples = 1-The right flipper intermittently stops working 2- it's very difficult to get the plunger to move the ball out to the playing field ( no matter how I swipe) Caveat emptor
