I can’t get the app to open on my new iPad. It’s the same with the two other libii tech games I have and paid for. Halloween makeup and superstar makeup. Very disappointing. Please fix!

So I got this game today and it looked really fun but I have tried everything to open the app and it wouldn’t let me .I tried to rebut my iPad ,I tried to delete the app then get it again and it just never worked out don’t get the app trust me you’ll be sad if you love Fashion and makeup as much as I do and I love ❤️it so don’t stress yourself over this app when you can get a different app that actually works .my conclusion is my emojis ?????☹️?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
