Like several others I too am unable to find the stickers even though it says they've been installed.
Stickers are in the App Store icon in iMessage

The stickers are so cute and I hope they add more for Monument Valley 2! (Overall when using stickers, it's easy to look in all the wrong places for them after they're downloaded)

The stickers are really cute and work fine on my IPad Pro. I hope they add more though, right now there are only 6 stickers.

HOW I FOUND STICKERS:
Pistol Grips
Open messenger. Go to where you would begin to type a message and tap the "A". At the bottom on the left there are 4 dots. Tap the dots then chose "store". Then choose "manage" tab. Scroll down to find "Monument" and turn it on. Not exactly intuitive but it worked for me.
