App shuts down when I try to add a track to my contact. I hope we get another month for free because as is, the app is pointless.
Can't watch videos

As of right now I cannot watch the training videos on how to set everything up. They just say loading and don't load. My internet connection is fine. I know plexus will fix this.
Too many flaws

It's a great concept, but for now there are too many flaws. When I edit a contact, it deletes any tracks they're in. No one is receiving the texts I send from the app. If I open my preferences, they are all blank again and I have to type in my personalized info again. So far I have only added one customer and one ambassador to tracks and it hasn't done what it was supposed to do. It might just lead to frustration if I do more right now. Android users don't seem to be having these issues. Please fix the iPhone app ASAP. We love you Plexus, and this could be an AMAZING tool.

It was great at first but now it keeps crashing. I can see my messages but not my contacts and I can't add any new tracks. Please fix this!! I'm paying for nothing right now.
Inaccurate Information Causes Conflict

I'm impressed with the app and how it helps me to keep contact with my customers and ambassadors. However... the inaccurate instructions for using Triplex has led to much conflict with customers and ambassadors. It makes us look very unprofessional. The pill containers give one instruction... we give another to help our customers ease into the products with less side effects... and then Lexi gives groupings and times for taking he products which does not at all coincide with anything we've been taught. One should never take Biocleanse at the same time with any other product. It is only to be taken between meals. Period!
Great idea--app is terrible

The app often crashes and is not user friendly. Too many messages are sent out regardless of what track. It would be nice to have a notification when you have a message. Needs a lot of work for me to reinstate my subscription.
