Crashes all the time!

This app would be amazing if it didn’t constantly crash and delete all my tracks, and contacts. Very frustrating. A bug fix is definitely needed. I constantly have to delete the app and re-download to get all my contacts back. Then I have to start tracks over, which is confusing to customers. It’s embarrassing.

Not only does this app crash all the time (and I use a brand new iPhone X that I keep updated so it’s not my phone!), but I am very disappointed in the content. Aside from only being able to manually add contacts one by one, you can only select 1 track for them as the specialty tracks aren’t even available yet! And as soon as you put a contact on a track, it texts them right that moment even if it’s the middle of the night-you can’t control it! I am very upset that I spent $30 on this-it costs $29.99 a quarter with no trial period. I am trying to find out how to get my money back right now. If you want to enhance your Plexus business, find another way. This app is worthless! ?

I tested out texting a contact with my upline. She never received the text... I'm still not clear on what I'm getting for $15/qtr.

Can't change frequency of contact Can't delete contact Can't adjust track Tracks added without consent Keeps shutting down. Really buggy app. Developers - please dig in to fix these issues.

Contacts are lost and kept dropping out every time I clicked on to add contacts.

Love the concept and I think it will be amazing once updated. As of now, first contact worked great but the mentor me track was asking the ambassador to sponsor them not mentoring the level one ambassador. Now adding new contacts, the app closes when I try to select a tract for them.

Need to be able to delete contacts. Having trouble editing tracts. I'm glad I didn't have to pay full price for this version. I know Plexus will fix the problems. The concept is great and will be a HUGE help as I build my business.
