My toddler loves it! I purchased the full version and it is frozen on the fire truck and won't go to any of the other vehicles! Help!!! Would get 5 if it worked!

Only game on my son's iPad that keeps freezing up!!! The sad part is he LOVES the game.

The Sound doesn't work. My son likes the game. We purchased the full version, tried deleting and re-downloading the game but the sound still doesn't work. Frustrating.
