As a hair stylist you need work. And some times it hard to find work . You have to ask ppl . But with app I don't need to ask . I just look it up

I am truly surprised about how great they are with communicating with their members. I enjoy the emails created specifically for me, applauding me for my efforts with resume feedback. And in addition to that, I can reply to the emails, and get someone immediately in a conversation with me; they seem to be truly personalized. Also, it felt amazing to know that not only were the resume submitters reading my comments, but there are moderators managing submissions and comments. By telling me that they enjoyed my feedback, they motivated me to want to help more. And best of all, it made me want to look at my own resume to ensure it was at its best. They are basically giving you a platform to receive AND give feedback. That practice alone could immensely raise your odds to getting the new career you want and deserve. Even if you aren't looking for a new career at the moment, you should sign up! You never know who else you can help.

Is so amazing. I have no highschool diploma and now a days it's so hard to even look for a job with one and I have landed so many opportunities and I have a current job now because of this app and I'm taking night classes to continue my schooling thanks to this app God bless the people who made this app possible

Hands down the best work finding platform I have ever used. You are informed immediately when your application has been read. If you are set up for an interview, there is an instant messaging component that allows you to talk directly with employers. No longer do you just throw a resume out to the wind, never knowing if it is read or not. Fantastic App. Constantly getting interviews.

This is by far the best app I've used for looking for jobs. I love the layout, how easy it is to use and understand and my favorite it how they tell you the status of your application and let's you even communicate with the hiring manager. The community is a huge plus too. The only thing that kinda bugged me was how there's not enough job listings. Maybe it just needs more advertising? Because this app is fantastic and more people need to know about it to post their job openings.
Low paying jobs

I love how easy it is to navigate the app. They just have low paying jobs. I feel like it's geared towards retail jobs.
