Great App and Support

I rarely write reviews but they deserve this. Support always goes above and beyond. Anyone on Spiceworks would agree that this is the Swiss Army knife that any IT person should have in their back pocket to manage and monitor your networks. I have used the product for more than three years. I strongly believe their pricing is VERY reasonable for what you get out of this. They continue to add features that stay current with today’s IT needs. This product is better than most every other options and for a fraction of the cost compared to the big players in the same market. Where else could you get all of these features w/just one product? Windows management, Linux management, switch port monitoring, icmp monitoring, secure Remote Desktop, ssh access and more. Thank you for an outstanding tool suite that I hope is around for a very long time!

Very shady that there’s no mention of a subscription or pricing until after the ‘trial’ runs out. At least you could be up front about it. I’m also a bit suspicious of all the 5-star reviews. Uninstalling.

The features are utilized daily, the cost is reasonable for the features offered. The app overall works great, new features are always added and is good to see they are working on keeping up-to-date with technology. I have not had any issues with any of their versions of the software. One major thing I love is they are willing to hear your request and incorporate it into their app if possible, which nowadays anything is possible. :-) I recommend this app to any IT that needs more remote access capabilities from a mobile device.

I got this app because of a well-placed Facebook ad.. I'm in IT so figured it would be a useful tool. I messed around a bit and the functionality looks pretty good but then saw that the download was merely a trial. Afterwards, it has an exorbitant subscription. No thanks guys.
Nice app with a catch

Like others i really liked the looks and feel of this app until i saw the subscribtion fee. I'm not sure why people would pay money to a dev company for accessing servers they already pay for.

IT Manager is the best network managing app out there in my opinion. From pinging a pc to running or stopping services and much more. IT Manager is an all-in-one network managing app that I recommend to any network manager - big or small. These are the kind of apps that bring the most out of your handheld device. Great job developers!
