App has been significantly improved! Very simple to begin or finish an appraisal. What I like most is how fast you can snap pictures and upload them to the website.

I love being able to switch to auction mode when speed is important. I can scan VINs and book out cars quickly and accurately. I am able to take pictures, add the car to my inventory, and the unit pushes into iDMS. It’s great!
Update is horrible

Whoever thought updating this app was a great idea should be fired. The app is horrible now and rarely ever works. The user friendly appraisal tool is harder to figure out than finishing a Rubix cube. DealerTrack should be ashamed to put out such a bad product. Two thumbs down.
how in the world did this update get released?

this app kicks me off every 5 minutes and crashes every 20-30 minutes. the vin scan only works 50% of the time and forget about a q-code scan. also, half of the time it moves in the opposite direction that your aiming . im better off using my 1990s NADA and BLACKBOOK books or just guessing. if you actually make it to taking pictures of a trade, it only uploads 1 then crashes again. you guys are getting bombed on these reviews ...ive never seen an app rated this bad. its embarassing . this is an important tool for my job and it needs to be fixed asap.

Help! fix last update!!!!!
Terrible.......it never pulls the correct inventory. I'll log in and it shows I have 22 cars when in reality I have 110. Wow???

ECarList was a great software until Dealertrack bought it. Now it's almost pathetic. Every change they make ruins the software more. Their bin scanner is awful Their software logs you off when it feels like it Once you scan a car it takes forever to load. Buyer beware.

The app seems to want you to re login every time you need to take photos. Right now it only loads half of the inventory. Can't take photos right now because of the app won't load them It's garbage lets back to apps ago.
Horrible Update!

This update is terrible. The older version allowed you to easily search between new and used, the new version makes you view both together or just used/new. This may seem basic but as someone who uses that function ten times a day it's really annoying. The appraisal format adds a lot of useless info. I wish we had the option of using the old app.
