Great game play, software flaws

Love the game but it keeps glitching and sending me back 2-5 levels each time. It locks my phone completely where I have to reenter with my security code/thumb print. Will give a 5 star when it's fixed.

After months and months of complaints, why hasn't the company fixed their bugs?? For me, the game keeps disappearing the playing pieces and won't let me go back to the menu page to start over. This is the third time it has happened. Come on already, when will you fix this?
Once frozen your done

Liked the game, a good challenge. But once it freezes you can't ever log out and back in or anything to fix it. Just uninstall and lose all your progress.

I like it, but there are a lot of glitches. It crashes almost every time you play more than one level without closing it out and opening it back up again. Right now, I can't seem to play because the pieces are just gone and even if I close it out there is nowhere I can go to try and change the level or start it over.

I love the game I had gotten so fire in the game 73 and it is Glitching so bad it worked yesterday it goes right back to my game I had not finished yesterday and won't bring any of the pieces up I need to play and pretty much all function of the game is gone I had no glitches for the longest time now this really!

This game is addicting, but it crashes constantly. It literally makes my phone restart. And when it does, it sends me back a couple of levels! I ended up replaying level 34 seven different times. So annoying.

This game freezes permanently and it really bugs me, but each time I delete and download again. This time it only got to level 15, but the time before it was about level 50 and The time before that it was level 35. It drives me crazy but I like it enough to start over

PLEASE fix it to stop crashing my phone. Yesterday my phone started making the emergency amber alert noise. It wouldn't stop till I closed out of Hexy. Just one example of how the ap hijacks my phone. LOVE THE GAME THOUGH!
