I love the game, but it doesn't count any of the house points I earn from lessons and dueling, and I should not have to pay for more spells.?????

It's pretty good, but on my second day it started glitching. Idk if that's My PHONE or the APP. Plz fix it if it's the app, but otherwise the app is amazing. Also, when I was dueling, I couldn't pick up my wand and lost. Plz fix that as well.
