Cheap lazy programming

I hire college dropouts that can make better apps than this. Good luck getting through the million calls to the internet it needs for every document. Pathetic. They should be ashamed.
Crashes instantly

From first run, I get an error saying the app has crashed and to try again. Trying again does the same thing. Completely useless.

Despite 1 unsuccessful experience recently; my other 1 only use was great and expedient. A fax option would be outstanding!

I went into a fed ex print center and this did nothing. I forgot what log in name I used and I requested it to be sent to me several times. The app kept saying it would be sent momentarily. I never got it. I had to print very important documents on second experience. Same problem occurred. I finally asked for help on how to print using a mobile and I was told if I log on to my email I count have it emailed and I would get sent a code to print it out in store. This app was useless. I also tried contacting customer service for help and they sent me an email that was also useless. My log in was never sent to me. I am deleting the app.

I called the store to ask how to indicate transparency. They said to put in special instructions. I did and they handed me prints; not transparencies. I looked for a way to choose what kind of print. I really think you need to add that as a choice. Frustrated.

When you select the print option, your documents are addd to your cart. It should be easier to print in store and have that option Valid in the bottom of the app menu

Today was the first time using this app. I actually needed to print some important documents for school. I was in a rush, I have no printer. Long story short I found this app and I swear it made my life so easy. Took off so much stress! I was able to see a list of locations near me, and when I got there I found all my stuff ready. Great app great service. Will definitely use again.

I love how inexpensive it is but... when i've been making a long order for many minutes and choose a size, sometimes a choose a size that isn't compatible with the thing i'm trying to print. The app will say that there's an error and to exit out of the app, when I come back, my long shopping cart will be empty. Please make it so the shopping cart stays even when you exit the app.
